Planetarium Tri-Axial Earth to Sky Edition

Defying gravity

The Planetarium Tri-axial is one of the very few triple-axis Tourbillon in the watch industry. It defies gravity with the spectacular high speed 3D rotation of its Tourbillon, but also with its terrestrial globe making a rotation in 24 hours, offering an intuitive view of the time all over the world. Its impressive case design incorporates two sapphires domes and a side opening allwoing to admire the tourbillon from all angles.

Diverse components and finishes of the movement refer to Girard-Perregaux's DNA: the gold-arrow shaped and half arrow-shaped Bridges on the back of the movement that hold the finissage geartrain; the lyre shape of the Tourbillon cage, recognized throughout the watchmaking world as one of the signature of the Brand since the 1880s; the engraved eagle on the back, symbol of the Manufacture used since 1867.
